MARK & KALI ARMSTRONG
LIVE MUSICAL PERFORMANCE
Kali Armstrong is a singer-songwriter and wildlife researcher. It is important to her to spread positive messages with her music and to use art as a means for environmental education.
Kali currently lives in southwestern Montana and recently starred in and wrote original music for a play entitled “Howl: A Montana Love Story.”
She also performed her first recorded song “Flight of Fancy” at Carnegie Hall and the John F. Kennedy Center for Performing Arts in the summer of 2019.
Kali is the daughter of Mark and Wendy Armstrong, and the granddaughter of Neil and Janet Armstrong.
Mark is a singer-songwriter, public speaker and retired software engineer. In 2019, Mark performed his song “Flight of Fancy” with his daughter, Kali, at Carnegie Hall and the Kennedy Center, and it is also featured as the end-credit song of the documentary film “Armstrong.”
Mark firmly believes that the differences between technological advancement and environmental conservation can be bridged with innovation and persistent effort.
He and his wife Wendy, have three children and reside in Cincinnati, Ohio. Mark is a corporate advisor to several organizations and serves on numerous non-profit boards.
Mark graduated from Stanford University with a degree in Physics and is the younger son of Neil and Janet Armstrong.
